Instructions: Read the waiver. At the bottom of the page there is a check box and a text field for your name and email. Click “Submit”.

As a condition of booking a course or tour with Mountain Addicts, participants must read and agree to the terms and conditions of the waiver before booking. 

You will need to complete a paper waiver in the presence of your guide or instructor at the commencement of the activity.
